Many startups leave recruiting in the hands of an employee with five other jobs to do, or the founder shoulders the burden directly. Neither solution is ideal for a process that is critical to growing a successful team.

Nolane grew out of my experience of building multiple startups over the past decade. I built in-house recruiting processes from the ground up for technology businesses. I struggled to deal with job boards that delivered mediocre results. I worked with recruiters who wanted to send a lackluster resume and collect a check. Through my experiences, I've learned the importance of outbound recruiting, as well as seeking out and connecting directly with candidates.
